Hi Team,
On 19th November 2022, i have raised a complain to Bharatpe that there is charging issue happening with POS machine.
On 1st December 2022 I have received call from Bharat Pe saying to first return old machine and once it will be received then another machine will be dispatched. This process was not clarified by Bharat Pe when POS machine was issued. Also, at the very beginning they have sent an old machine.
This is impacting my business.
