This swipe machine was kept on condition of 7 days return policy . We paid a sum close to 9000 as a security deposit . The device wasn’t bringing much for us. I raised a return request the second day . The delivery partner (ECOM EXP) would receive our calls in the morning but never show up to pick the return. They wouldn’t return the calls in the evening . Then suddenly before seven days the return request is canceled by the company now after informing them they raise a return again but this time even the delivery pickup messages wont even come . If anything it was a good old SCAM sugarcoated with a trusted brand name.
We are still asking them to inform us about it and everything single time you ask they keep extending the date with 4 days more its been a month now .
