Hi I want explain a scenario now I am facing with bharatpe, gold loan was taken a year ago and got a lot of harassment calls talking vulgarly with us to pay the amount of loan. I paid the loan amount asked for the refund.
But it is more than a month now refund is not initiated from them and they are just putting the escalation tickets and saying that the problem will be solved ASAP.
