I had taken a loan from Bharat Loan. After taking the loan I faced some bad financial condition and I even lost my job. As I had other loans also I could not pay Bharat Loan money. First of all they started adding a ridiculous amount of interest and then their recovery agents hacked my phone and started abusing me and my mother and my contacts alao. They started giving me threats that we will come and beat you at your house, we will not leave your family members ans all that.
Now on January 19th 2026 they sens me a settlement email where they waived off all my interest and penal amount and asked me to make the payment same day. There was an agent on whatsapp who was co ordinating the whole process. Now the settlement email that was sent (have attached the email) xlearly stated that on payment my CIBIL will be updated in next CIBIL report and I will receive NOC as well.
Now it has been over two months that they habe not reported my payment to CIBIL, even after settlement my loan shows active on CIBIL as well as their website, they habe marked my loan as partially paid even after settlwment, even after calling them almost everyday and even sending emails everyday they choose not to resolve.
They are even committing a criminal offence by demanding the entire loan amount again and sending me recovery emails each day.
Please help me to resolve this issue
