I have made a payment of Rs.16500/- to M/s. Bharani Infotech Pvt Ltd. to Mr.Suburansu Choudhury on 29th Nov 2023 vide Federal Bank. On receipt of the payment, I received acknowledgement as well as two set of files (Work files- Page 1 to 150 and 151 to 300) on 29th Nov 2023. Subsequently I have completed the files and sent back the files to Support team on 27th Dec 2023. (P.S. Actual due date is 30th Dec 2023). To know the status of my completed file, I have been trying the support mobile No. 8101814406 since 27th Dec 2023 and the mobile is switched off as well as there was no response for my mail from the above said company.
