Respected Sir/Ma,am,
I had taken loan from cashe of 90,000 in February 2023 of which I have already paid 4 emi’s of 12025 each. After that, I lost my job in the month of July and couldn’t pay emi so after alot of harassment , they agreed to restructure my loan.
My situation is still not good financially, and still they are started harassing me to the extent that they are calling my references and misbehaving with them, using abusive languages along with that they are sending me and to my references fake otps using bombing technology.
They are using abusive words to me over call and I am totally shattered and my well-being is destroyed because of them also they accessed my contacts list without any approval of mine which is illegal.
I have never denied that I’ll not going to pay my emi but right now, my situation is very worst.
Please help me out at the earliest.
