Text of Complaint by Sivarajan:

BGMI’s spin-based fancy dress and gun skins resemble loot box mechanics, which many experts consider a form of soft gambling. These systems use psychological triggers like randomness, limited-time offers, and flashy rewards to encourage repeated spending. Players feel compelled to keep spinning due to the “near-win” effect and fear of missing out, leading to impulsive purchases. This is especially concerning for minors, who are more vulnerable to addictive design patterns. Such monetization raises ethical concerns about transparency, player well-being, and whether game companies prioritize profit over responsible gaming practices.
