BeyondSkool (IVY MINDS LEARNING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED).
I enrolled my son on Nov 29 2021 for online classes and the classes started on the 2nd week of December. For the first weeks, the classes are good but later we have issues with tutors not joining and even tutors are not showing any interest in teaching. I updated the same to the relationship manager many times and they keep on changing the tutors. And finally, I decided to opt-out of the program. During the enrollment, they said that the refund is based on the remaining classes that are not attended (I have a mail copy for this).
This is when it all started, they stop responding to my emails. When I said that I will go on social media and they responded and said it will be resolved and they have issues from the finance team regarding my refund and they stopped responding again.
Please do the needful.
