Have placed online order (order id SKVV1164221999) with COD payment of Rs.898. Received the product, however the product was very different that what I orders. I orders for cotton cargo pants, instead received jeans where one appears worn out, already used and washed, smells of detergent with tags removed. The other one was very small in size like kids pants.
There is no contact phone number. I have raised refund request to the provided email id diclonhelpdesk@gmail.com.
The website/merchant appears to be totally fraud as I can see similar situation faced by another customer as well here in this portal.
