I want to share my unfortunate experience with Deepak Singh Marketing, who claimed to run a digital marketing agency on my behalf. I paid them ₹38,000, expecting end-to-end marketing support.
This has been a completely unprofessional and misleading experience. I urge others to be cautious before engaging with them or making any payments.
They created a basic website but failed to deliver on any of the promised services beyond that. Despite multiple follow-ups, they ignored all my queries and stopped responding to calls. Over a phone call, they assured a refund, but their email communication stated something entirely different.
