BETWAY is a betting app for sports fans, like any other sports fan I started using the app recently(a month ago) with a small deposit of ₹500. I was only placing small bets (₹50 bets) after I had around ₹1000 I decided to withdraw my money. The minimum withdrawal amount was ₹5000 so I proceeded to add 4000 to withdraw a total sum of ₹5000.
BETWAY app glitches from time to time once it placed a small bet on its own without my consent.
So when I was withdrawing my 5000 while choosing a transfer method I was trying to choose bank transfer but BETWAY chose (muchbetter) portal which is a uk company. It only asked for my phone number and I wondered where I had to fill my bank details as I had actually chosen bank transfer not muchbetter.
BETWAY had gone ahead and processed the transfer but I didn’t have a muchbetter account so it my 5000 was stuck. I proceeded to get support from BETWAY but BETWAY doesn’t seem to have any customer support help except for a chat bot which helps us get in contact with live assistant. It took many hours but I got through to a live assistant , but instead of helping me with my concerns he terminated my account just because I said “ I need my money back as that money is my living expense” now I can’t even file a complaint without my account and get assistance from BETWAY. They directly told me they won’t help. Please help me get my money back
