My name is Mohan and I have been an accountant in betway for 2 years in name of Mozi4155 (USER ID) one year age verification team of betway asked to provide address proof for which i have sent them of my current address but they refused because they are having different address and asked me provide address proof of that address. I explained them that I am not staying at the address anymore and shifted to a new address but they haven’t considered my problem asking for the same proof. Lastly, I had collected address proof from the previous owner for the current bill and I submitted for this Manager asked me for an explanation. On 10 June 2022 I gave my explanation. But still my account wason hold. Then I have requested the customer service that the amount which is present in my account 7500/- rs transfer to my deposited account and I don’t stay anymore with betway account. For that they have closed my account but the money they have returned. I have pleaded with them so many times and also requested for Rectification of my address but no use.
