Bet77 is a betting site, so I bet in this site with 10000/- and I won 124000/-, then I go to withdraw my winning amount but they blocked my amount and said u have to pay 13% tax of winning amount. After u pay the tax then your amount unlock. And said, its a rule of IRS (Indian revenue Service).
