I had a bet on a cricket match which was two way bet slip. But due to the mistake in the scorecard of the application I lost the match but the scorecard in the application says the match was a tie and I lose the bet. I had no other option to know the score rather than the application itself. And when I raise a complaint about it the costumer service says I lost it because it was a tie and one of the costumer service shared me the actual scorecard of the match saying I lost it. I have also the screenshot of the scorecard of the match on the app which says it is a tie.
