I am mailing from may 2022, I am not asking anything from you, I am asking only which given in time of member of club Mahindra are getting lapse,
1: Food vochure of 11k
2: 5days complimentary night
3: RCI of 7days
4: amazon vochure of 7000
In march 28th 2022 when I spoken to Sridhar in time of foreclosure of my balance, Due to Covid we can’t able use holiday so please extended the validity after assurance given by him I had clear the balance amount, but when enquire after june all are lapse without notice to me I mailed so many but no sincere reply from any one
I am getting reply from customer care that we have to use in 2021 now you can’t able use this apply above 3, this is not fair reply because 2020is 1st wave and 2021 from august their is 2nd wave and more over in this time my wife is conceive in this how come I use holiday please briefly explain on this please give me justice to my mail . .
And about amazon vochure they send used vochure to me sudden I replied but no reply from customer care for this please check through mail you may get clarity on that. .
Am asking in this you can’t give justice me some more relevant option to me I ll be satisfied on that
This is my last mail if am not getting justice in this I ll go through court
