I’ve booked 2 quantity of bean bags with cost of 2318 rs on 02-june-2022 by this order id 406-4695421-8199512 . But i didn’t get any product even after assured delivery date and i called the customer care and the superior agent picked the call and told that “Sir, we the seller unreachable and it’s already running late and the price of the product increased and he told me that if i do order again with the extra price then he assured me that he will provide the price difference and he initiated refund successfully and he also told me that, sir you’re a loyal customer and prime member, that’s why we’re providing this”. I was happy with the decision mainly because the superior agent assured me that and he also said that he wrote some notes regarding it.
Next on 20-june-2022, I’ve ordered 2 bean bags of cost 4198 with order id 406-4843966-2887551. After receiving item, I’ve called customer care and asked about price difference of 1880. They said please call us after return items are over.
I’ve called on this day 09-june-2022, and asked about the price difference money which your agent assured. And the customer service saying that sir, we can’t provide you any amount because it’s seller item. I said can you please connect to your superior agent, so that i can talk to him and the customer agent said sir, we can’t do that because whatever i say the same thing he also says.
Thank your for trusting Amazon all these days and being prime and loyal customer. Now, I’m regretting why i was switched from Flipkart to Amazon and even i told my family, friends about Amazon. Now, it’s t’s totally opposite of what I believed. Did u ask you guys about refund ? No, your agent only assured me and now i feel like betrayed.
I’ll tell everyone i come across and say about how Amazon treated for being loyal and prime customer and I’ll suggest them uninstall app and never order anything from that cheated app..
