Firstly i habe tried to add 2000 to the wallet of the app through upi it prompt me to an thirdparty app through phonepe i have deposited the money on 5th april 2022 from that day onwards the customer service is saying the money is not credited to check with my bank than i have contacted my bank and generated a service request and from their end they confirmed me that it is credited to them on 8th april as i generated the service request suddenly they are saying that upiid is not ours buisness upi id so this is not possible.How could be this possible i have clicked for 2000 deposit in their wallet and how the same amount has been requested by an unknown upi id in a fraction of seconds rather than them.This is how they are fooling people.Please look after this issue
