I placed 9000 bet today in crash game in 1x bet i try to claim my winning at 1.16 but there is show some error and i press ok in that i error i disconnect from game when I come back i see winning not add in my wallet at that time i take a screenshot of that game history,can’t able to take winning,bet history etc please refund that ammount in my wallet

I think that is game side issue

I mail today morning and request for call 1 staff member said send in mail of the timing of bet and screenshot

Sir it’s a big request to you to please refund my ammount because I am belong from poor family and i face medical issues from long time this is big request to you sir
