I have a complaint with the company called bestintern they have been deducting R159 from my bank account, I have been in the bank to sort out this issue but they are failing to assist me since this account is blocked, they cannot reverse the money or block this account please assist

Please i also need your help this socalled BESTINTERN company i dont know’s busy debiting R159 from my account every on the 15th and i never had any agreements with them, i dont know this people we’ve been trying to reverse the money on my app it doesnt allow and they keep on changing their refrences every month when they debit from your account….please help!!!!
