They have been deducting R199 every month over a year now and I can’t get hold of them. Bank can’t stop them please help get these scammers

This poeple are scam they have deducting from my capitec acc for many months when i go the bank they put me to pillar to post i singed affividat from police station e email to forensic to capitec no help they i have approved it i am unemployment so no debit cherck approved from me no prove from the bank tht shows my approval .Bestintern contacts are not avaliable so if the bank cant assist with them who will. If i want to cut this where must i go thts my money is my right to say about it capitec will pay my money back because i cant stop it or reverse it
