Today I have received BEST electricity bill for July 2020 month which is showing around rupees 2980. Also my consumed units in the the electricity bill is showing higher in digits which should be normal because I am using the electricity as usual with my same devices at my home. If calling to billing department number, number is showing busy, if trying with different number, billing department number will ring first time and if trying same number at second time ,number is showing busy. I think BEST systems are blocking any numbers automatically after receiving. Finally I wrote an email after waiting for three days to BEST in order to check the this issue and give their feedback on the same mail.
