Text of Complaint by THOUTU SAIKIRAN DAYANAND:

I was not available in Mumbai from 23 Oct 2022 to 22 Feb 2023 , I did not opened my shop, Still i got huge amount of bill in my name RS 1999.56 .
Please check , May be faulty meter showing high consumption reading. I already given complaint for previous month bill for high bill charged RS 1491, Then i personally visited office recently to lodge complaint again at BEST Wadala office .
I request to please visit the premises and check the meter for faulty reading.
