Hereby with reference to my recent purchase of KEEWAY K-LIGHT 250 V from your showroom on 16/07/2022
This is the most pathetic and vulnerable experience that no one should go through. It’s the second time the bike has ditched me on road while I was returning home from my office my bike broke down in the middle out of nowhere (BIKE IGNITION GOES OFF)
Exactly 1 week ago I suffered through the same problem which is PISSING ME OFF to the CORE, I trusted you company but it seems as the saying goes never to trust a “CHINESE PRODUCT” is accurate and very saddening that I am the first owner to face it practically
And you people invite me for long drives, how ironical can it be anymore
Even the bike handle is TILTED towards LEFT, the bike is makeing me go through a lot of pain
Kindly provide me with REFUND or EXCHANGE this bike with a new one because I will not at all accept this anymore since I have put in not 1 or 2 lacs but 3.67 lacs for this bike and it’s all hard earned money (not sourced after duping someone)
If it’s not done, I will have no other option but to register a POLICE CASE against the company for the experience and losses that I go through (please take me seriously, I am warning in advance)
Today everyone knows the power of internet, so requesting you to please abide with above requested ?
