Text of Complaint by Rahul Porwal:

This is to inform you that I am using prepaid Mobile no from the last 10 Years with DTH connection() and in JUne 2021 i have taken interest to buy postapaid plan for my family.

Store manager Heni (9104160265) suggested me to go for the Airtel black infinity plan because she has recommended that Your existing DTH will be converted to an Airtel Xtreme box with no extra cost and it has more benift like Amazone prime and Airtel TV option.

SO i have opted for the same and taken new no 8488070981 on 14th JUne with Dongle from Shaihbag Store AHmedabad.

Then as per Store manager saying i have called on 12150 for upgrading DTH box to Xtreme box, But i m being told that Airtel xtreme box are not available in stock.

SO i called them afterwards and then online I got an answer that we cannot provide you a box without paying 1500 charges.

THis is ridiculous, After commitment nobody is responding even though the store manager has not called me single time to provide a solution after visiting the store.

I am putting this now in this platform for solution and benefit!
