Respected Sir,
I have recharged my postpaid number 8639796697 with Rs 688 yesterday ‘2nd sep 7 40 pm ‘ but the benifit has not reflected to my account. after 2 hrs I have reached out to customer support for the same they suggested to wait for 2 hrs more and said they have raised service request,but they didn’t raised
Again I have waited for 24 hrs and called back to customer support now they are saying to wait 48hrs more is that how the way you treat the customer .
If I didn’t pay the recharge will you wait until I recharge with out disconnecting my service,then how come you ask me to wait for 3 days for giving proper response.
Publishing as no 1 network provider won’t do this type of service , no proper response from the customer support team .
The service request raised by your team has been resolved with out confirmation from user how can your team do that. With out resolving the issue
