We are experiencing below the level network.We can’t able to receive calls in ground floor even in 1st floor,we have to go out to receive or make a call, this is going on for 6 Month. The costumer care not doing anything to improve the problem. Its not possible to take or make all calls on the street.Plz Help us to get rid of this problem.
