I order (prepaid) form the company website on 28th September 2023. It’s been more than 15+ days. But I haven’t received my products yet.
No tracking details has been provided, no email reply, I tried contacting them on Instagram. They are ignoring us there as well. It’s a case of hundreds of people recently. Belora Paris has taken our money and ghosted us.
