I have ordered from this website on the 11th September and 12th September

It was on a buy 1 get 2 offer.
They have not updated me either, no WhatsApp calls are being taken, WhatsApp messages have only 1 tick , no contact reply on social media.
I have ordered from them before and i didn’t have this issue. This is the 1st time I have this problem. Please help I have paid for these too online.
