Similar case as Arcgate Technologies. My company was believers technology. I got a whatsapp message from one of the fraudulent person to work in data entry job and earn around 20k. They made me sign an agreement. And after that I worked very hard for almost 20 hrs to complete the work with utmost accuracy. But at the end they showed Quality Check report in which they showed that I just had 60% accuracy. On checking the report I realised that none of the data entries in the report were done by me. Thankfully I have copy pasted from internet by converting image to text, so there was no error or little error. But they showed errors which were not even a part of the data entry. And after 1 week I get a message from Advocate Virendra Patil (probably fraud) to ask me for money in the form of penalty. If I don’t do so I will get a legal notice under Indian Contract Act 1872.
