I am here to complain about a new and amature fantasy sports platform named RARIO. I have 2 complaints about the same.
First is about the deposit of 800/- which has got successful on my UPI but it didn’t reach the wallet of the app. When I approached the customer support, They are not much active and even after giving all the proofs they are not refunding my money.
Second complaint is about blocking my account. I was using the app today morning but suddenly they have blocked my account which is straightly wiping out my opportunity to earn and rcover my investment and I am very sure they are about to eat up my investment done to their platform as well.
Please stop such a loot of the people and restrict such low standard platforms.
I hope the issue will be dealt seriously in public interest.
