I am filing this complaint against Phoenix financial services (for kotak bank) for continuously harassing me on phone for some unpaid dues on a relative on which I am nothing to do with and was completely unaware.
Now they(so called recovery agents) have crossed the limit of misbehaving, using inappropriate and completely unprofessional language.
Despite of NO Right to speak to me like this on this matter they are trying to harrass me by continously calling me, calling on my wife’s phone, calling to my workplace and some of my closed ones as well saying that I myself is liable to some financial verification.
This cheap and unprofessional way of talking and literally harassment is what made me lodging a complaint at yours.
I request you to please accept my complaint and do the very much needed.
These agencies have no fear of any regulatory body and even police.
