Hi we ordered a Bosch front load 6kg of washing machine from Amazon on 23rd June 2023
In the discretion it was mentioned the machine can be use by a family so my mom placed the order and we received the product on 26th June 2023… the product was supposed to be delivered as open box verification and that wasn’t done at the delivery time.. when we contacted the customer Support team regarding the return they are forcing us to use the same product and the product also has mild scratches on it
