I was a user of Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 03312966165 , the connection was sold by Mr Pradeepji 8584883432 by saying that it is advance rental plan, you had to pay advance rent for one year to start your connection and then have to recharge again on the last month to continue my connection or else the line will be disconnected, I did the same, I paid advance for one year and my plan started.
Later, one month ahead of year end I didn’t recharge my plan as because I need to shift my flat so I thought will recharge after migrate. I received a call from airtel executive demanding Rs 450 approx for the month of May where my plan amount expired, I was shocked to hear that because, as per the sales person my line will be disconnected on non Payment, I explained the matter to airtel executive, he said charges will be waived off. I tell them the reason for non payment as my flat is shifting to other place, I haven’t recharge, but, will recharge again once settled in new flat, but soon the next month, again, the bill generated, again all same call, again understanding the matter to them.
Today, I check my line the internet connection is disconnected as well as received company message also of disconnection, but my bill is generating every month, I m sharing scren shot of it, today on 30.7.2023 I got a call from Airtel said my connection will be disconnected on payment of Rs 1000-/- please explain me why shall I pay for the service when the service is not provide and not used, I complain the same matter numerous time to customer care and even mail the same , but, no response, I request you to please look over it..
