6 days ago received an email saying that i have “unused” prime benefits, so i checked the apps and saw that i do have prime benefits. everything was cool till then but today (may 15, 2020) when i checked my postpaid bill i saw that an amount of 999 rupee was added to my bill for “subscription”. i received no emails or messages informing me that i was going to be charged.
