Hello,
I am an NRI. Before flying here early last year, I ported my cellular connection to Airtel. I use the service only for transactions i.e., Receiving OTP on my number.
Suddenly, I have been charged for international roaming on incoming messages. This keeps on repeating since the last few months.
I have been charged Rs 200/= for international roaming on my incoming messages.
In Spite of telling them numerous times that I have been charged for incoming messages, I still get the same response that I have been charged for outgoing messages from my airtel account.
Everytime they come up with the same reply after making me wait for weeks. I have given enough screenshots that I have incoming OTPs matching the exact date & time for which I have been charged.
