Have been charged rs7 for access of games and videos for which i havent subscribed. This has happned earlier on many occassions. Last time in Jan 2022 i mailed VI and they reimbursed rs7 saying as 1 time settlement. But today the 27th Feb 2022 same sms has been sent stating rs 7 deducted for the same when im not subscribed for any VAS services.
