Text of Complaint by Jayaraman:

I’m N.Jayaraman from erode using airtel SIM card with the mobile number of 9698841765 went to airtel direct company showroom located in perundurai road near Government hospital Erode for a complaint of network issue and changing the SIM card. There is an airtel employee with a name batch of vanjilingam. When I approached him for my complaints he didn’t responded me in a proper manner and wastes my time alot later I get assisted by another airtel representative and as guided by him I accepted to change my SIM card for my network complaint. Later another airtel representative in the store advices me to pay Rupees 25 for changing SIM card. For paying that rupees 25 I approached Mr.vanchilingam in cash counter and gave him a sum of 100 rupees in a single currency note then he denied to give my balance amount of rupees 75 on the spot and asked me to complete my SIM changing procedure and he promised me he ‘ll return the balance 75 rupees shortly after my SIM changing procedure. Later I completed my SIM changing procedure and I got my new SIM card from the help desk. The I get back to Mr.vanchilingam to get my balance 75 rupees and i requested a bill or voucher or any acknowledgement for my 25 rupees. Later Mr.vanchilingam refused to give any acknowledgement or bill or voucher for that and he returned me rupees 70 instead of rupees 75 later I asked my 5rupees balance he replied that come back tomoro for your 5rupees. His approach is so disrespectful and disgusting to me as an airtel post paid customer. Then I said without getting acknowledgement or bill or voucher I’ll not accept this transaction is genuine also I requested him my full Sum of 75 rupees and I returned him the lesser amount of 70 rupees then he received the 70 rupees and abused me with his rude behaviour at the end. I’m totally depressed to the core when finding such a harassing act from an irresponsible airtel employee. I need justice for this behavioural abuse and economic offence made my this airtel employee Mr.vanchilingam.
