Hii I payed for my jio fiber connection on Feb 26,2021. An agent of jio fiber whose name is GAURAV MALHOTRA (93549 37549) take the payment for my connection and it’s been 20 days still there is no support and no connection established in my home… I try to talk with the agent GAURAV regarding this issue but he never accepted my call… I am so much shock by his behavior.. That’s why I want to take action on him for not attending his customers…
