Hi,
To whomsoever it may concern in Fullerton,
I have a loan account with you guys and have been paying my payments on time since the last year i think,
I have never missed any payments and have been a good client to you guys.
This is the last time i wil ever deal with fullerton or any comalpany you guys are associated,
I received a call from fullerton collections team today and i spoke to an advisor stating that i missed payment this forst time and would like to know what plans can be made in order to get it paid, that is how all collection dept works.
This month i missed it but will b good from next month, to this the advisor shouted at me saying that o have to pay It, agar pay nahi karsakte to lete kyun ho, i asked her to be polite as i am a customer and i pay for the loan and plus the interest, im not a begger here to listen yellings from anyone.
She told me mere dimag ka upar ka maala khaali hai and kept shouting at me, i asked to speak to a manager and the manager took the call sayimg thay they are not sitting to answer questions of clients,
Who the hell will answer my questions then? Are you guys hiring goons to recover payments? One missed or delayed payment makes me a beggar? And in case im on time you guys keep pinging me about how i can take a top up from you guys.
Is this how you guys value customer? Treating them like shit?

If this is how yiu guys deal with clients then i am definition going to take this on social medias and everywhere that i can to make sure everyone know that if they take loans from fullerton they are going to get treated like a beggar.
