I am using mi note 9 pro since 2 year. But unfortunately my phone’s back camera glass is broken so that i have already visited mi service center at barrackpore on 27 may which is near from my house. In service center an executive told me that the camera glass is unavailable. Before coming on 31 may do a call to confirm that the part is available or not. Even they’re not telling us that they have to keep my phone for it. Now on 31st may several times of calling them they told us that the part is not available next day maybe it will available then before transferring the call to his senior she told about my problem to his senior. Within line the senior executive started to get aggressive and began to shout that why should they resolve the problem the phone is not here and they are not providing services door to door. So for that i have to visit the mi service center again. that kind of services Mi service center provide now a days which is really embarrassing
