have order for Sumo 75XL Powerful Desert Cooler priced @ 14391 from your company site bearing order number #45910 however been delivered a different product by your company.
The delivery person denied a open box delivery/PDI.
In this, I am attaching the pictures of the wrong product delivered ( Model : DEUCE 40 / ACOPE402 ) to me and other details like Model number, price , capacity etc.
The product which is delivered to me is of lower quality and specifications. It also costs less with MRP of Rs 9340 only.
Hence I would request the company resolve the issue ASAP and exchange it with correct product.i.e. Sumo 75XL Powerful Desert.
I don’t need this lower specification DEUCE 40 RATHER I NEED MY ORIGINALLY ORDERED SUMO 75XL POWERFUL DESERT COOLER WITH 3 SIDE HONEYCOMB PAD.
Attaching the pictures of the WRONG product, MRP, model no etc and ordered invoice along with price paid.
Please arrange for exchange, immediately.
