Because of fraud website I lost my money on paytm wallet so kindly request you please refund my money back
As per your query, we have identified and traced the transaction reported as a fraud from your end as being done on merchant against order id 202003300845160040 and also at the same time, blocked the Paytm account of that particular user as a measure to prevent further damage.
However we are unable to refund the amount as amount has already been utilized via transaction id 009008351628.
In compliance with your directions, we have enclosed the usage details in these transactions for your reference and further investigation.
Kindly note that in such cases, Government agencies (Police Cybercrime) work in order to investigate the fraudulent cases based on the details provided by us.
