Dear sir/madam, As I lost my Airtel SIM, I called the Airtel customer care number 111, 121, 198 etc to reach them to block my lost airtel SIM card. Whenever I call these numbers they are keep on providing unnecessary information and finally I couldn’t reach them to talk about blocking my SIM card. They keep on asking me to press keys continuously which provides information totally irrelevant and finally I’m unable to reach customer care person to block my SIM. Every minute is dangerous as that sim can be misused by anyone at anytime. Why can’t they understand that their customers can get into trouble. Why can’t they make the process simple. Still I’m unable to block it. I’m afraid now. I don’t want to go outside in this lockdown period to get duplicate SIM card. Getting duplicate SIM card is not the need of the hour. My first preference is to block my SIM card immediately as possible to stop misuse. Please help. Calling them in the need of the hour and getting irrelevant information all the time is irritating and its painful. Please help. Thank you in advance.
