I have ordered a phone case from an online website, using prepaid payment method. It’s been more than 2 weeks, every day I get a message from the delivery partner that the order has been packed. It hasn’t been shipped after so many days. The number mentioned on their website was not working for several days. Now when I call, no one picks up. The website is a total scam and not a genuine business.
