I paid 2000+ for my tata sky setup box and paying subscription and renewal charges.
There is no service from Tata sky and I decided to deactivate/cancel my account, but they are not ready to cnacel this account and if I cancel, they are asking to return the device.
Why should I return the setup box? if you want me to retun, you should return my setup box money. How can you expect us to return your setup box without returning my money?
