Dear BDG Game Team,

I deposited ₹5,000 on [exact date] via [method – UPI/Paytm]. The amount was deducted but never credited to my BDG wallet. Despite waiting 7 months and contacting support, I’ve received no resolution.

I am now preparing to escalate this issue to:
– Consumer Complaint Forums
– Social Media Advocacy
– Legal Action if needed

Please resolve this within 7 days or refund the amount.
