I have deposited 100k in a game recently,and it becomes 400k,while withdrawing my money it shows you have verified your kyc on another number,but this is not true i have only one account,still funds are stucked, customer service only says you have already done your kyc on another account,same answer everytime when i message them ,i used to email them but didn’t get any response yet
