We have made payment of Rs. 2787/- on 16.4.2021 through Union Bank vide Refence no. 514711257. The online Payment status says FAILED and reason E214. We check with BBMP Office it’s not credit to there account and we check with bank it’s not refund at all. Let me know about the transaction.
