Hello Airtel Team,

I choose Airtel because of genuineness and good service as I already experienced in DTH and mobile service. But nowadays it gave feel like Airtel trying to make money instead of good customer service.

I have applied new BB connection and the sales executive promised to install new connection by today but I yet to get any response from anyone.

Also while applying it shows speed at 150 mpbs but once applied it shows speed only 40mpbs this makes me to feel that Airtel fooled me with false promises.
