Airtel Postpaid BB Fiber Link Chennai 044-47460598.
Activated in Feb 2021 with advance rental.
Since my son was left abroad this link in used till date.
I request in customer care Air-tel 121 to put Safe custody.
It is not possibe.
They advised me to go for plan change(monthly wise)
Done it
Paid the bill.Rs. 800 for invoice Rs.766.98
On 21st wrote a letter to 121 and Ms.Soniya replied 21 st and accepted that this number/link in safe custody.
Till date is is not happening. The Airtel request to pay the bills pending till date. they raise the invoice monthly onwards without taking my request.
Today also i requested them to disconnect the same and settle the issue.
with heavy heart i am raising this mail to your forum.
Dis connection request they are not honoring at all.
Please refer my mail copies and billing details for your consideration.
Please settle my issue and disconnect the same.
when ever i need i will activate the link.
